Option 1 — Delete from Inside the App (Recommended)
This removes your account and all of your personal data immediately.
- Open the Budgy app on your phone
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right)
- Tap Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm — your account and data are deleted immediately
Option 2 — Email Request
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Budgy account:

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include: The email address, LINE ID, or social login (Facebook/Google/Apple) you used to sign up.
We respond within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile (name, email, profile photo)
- All transactions, budgets, categories, goals, and groups
- Receipt images and AI conversation history
- Subscription records (where legally permitted — some billing records must be retained for tax/audit purposes)
- Social login links (LINE, Google, Facebook, Apple)
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when required by law, such as:
- Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you
- Payment records required for tax and financial reporting
- Records required by court order or applicable law

Facebook Login Users
If you signed up for Budgy with Facebook, you can also revoke Budgy's access from Facebook directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find "Budgy" and click Remove
Removing app access from Facebook does not automatically delete your Budgy account. To fully delete your data, use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
